This company put a fradulent charge on my credit card for $127.35. I had never heard of them before and never authorized the charge. I had to call my bank and cancel my card because they stole the number. When I called them and asked them to refund the money they said that $19.95 of it was nonrefunable. How can an unauthorized charge be nonrefundable? Their answer to that was for me to take it up with my bank and have them dispute it. Which I did, however, I'd still like one of the rude people (they do curse you out and scream at you) I talked to to tell me what kind of business won't refund a fraud charge.

The amount of $19.95 sought after in this case was refunded to the customer the same day this complaint was filed. Ashley, please accept my apologies for this not being handled properly the first time you called.
