I recently ordered my daughter's baptism gown from Cutie Clothes, as their prices were the most reasonable I found and they had a great selection. When I ordered, I tried to pay with Paypal and it wouldn't go through, so I had to speak with someone to actually pay for the order. When I spoke with this person, they promised the dress would be there by a certain day. I didn't receive notification of it shipping until 5-6 days later, which was only 3 days from when I needed the dress. I started to panic and sent the company an email, which was ignored. I then tried to call them the next day and got voicemail, so I left a message...which was also ignored. I then found all of these awful reviews about the company, and started to really worry that I was not going to have a gown for my daughter's baptism. I did end up getting the dress in time, although barely, and was therefore not able to have it altered in time. I could see that they did upgrade the shipping to 3 day and did not charge me for it, which I greatly appreciate. The dress was also in good shape. However, I cannot give them more than 3 stars, as the customer service was nonexistent, and I am fairly certain that I just got lucky...had the dress not arrived in time, or had it been damaged as some of the previous reviewers mentioned, I am confident that I would have never heard back from anyone at the company, nor would I have received a refund of any sort. I am happy that I received the dress and was pleased with the quality of it for the price that I paid, and am appreciative that they upgraded my shipping for free, but knowing what I know now, I would never order from them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else.
