I am giving turtlestuff.com three (3) stars because of the following. I ordered 4 packs of seeds for my desert tortoises. I received the seeds 12 days after I placed my order. I was satisfied with the seeds and I planted them 10 days ago. As of today, I am beginning to see sprouting. FYI, I enriched the soil with N'RICH organic compost purchased from Home Depot. The reason for only three stars is due to the lack of communication. I emailed turtlestuff.com the day before my order inquiring if they will be attending the Orange County Pet Expo and if I can purchase my seeds at that location. NO REPLY. When I placed my order, I received an email from Paypal stating that my credit card has been charged. A week went by and I had not received an email from turtlestuff.com regarding the status of my order i.e. received, shipped, etc. I emailed them and inquired about the status of my order. NO REPLY. The next day I received an email from PayPal stating that my order has shipped and supplied me with my tracking number. I believe that turtlestuff.com could have replied personally to my emails and been more informative regarding my inquiries. But overall, I am satisfied with time of delivery and the results I am currently seeing. I plan to follow up to this email in approximately 3-5 weeks to provide status of the growth of the seeds I purchased. I hope this helps future customers.
